• Facilitate solution integration workshops with internal and external stakeholders to confirm requirements, design alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Produce and maintain integration artefacts such as Integration Catalogues, High-Level and Detailed Solution Designs, Data Flow Diagrams, and GDS alignment evidence.
• Ensure integration solutions support real-time monitoring, alerting, and incident management (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI dashboards).

• Support test assurance activities including integration testing, defect triage, and resolution.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle and support knowledge transfer to BAU teams.
• Prepare for and support GDS service assessments, maintaining evidence of compliance with relevant standards and principles.
Typical Deliverables

• Test Assurance and Transition-to-BAU artefacts.
• Evidence packs for GDS service assessments.
What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications
• Experience architecting and delivering integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to public sector or BPO programmes.
• Understanding of integration patterns, middleware, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data transformation technologies.
• Experience with platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, and enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of security, identity management, and protective monitoring in integration contexts aligned with GDS security requirements.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and present integration concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement aligned to GDS frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SOC/SIEM integration and incident management processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration scenarios.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification.
• Experience supporting GDS service assessments and maintaining compliance evidence.
About You
• A collaborative approach, working openly with colleagues, partners, and clients.
• Clear and confident communication, adapting your style for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Integrity and accountability in your decision-making and delivery.
• A customer-focused mindset, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver positive outcomes.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
