• Experience in premises, health & safety, and risk management.
• Understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, payroll and procurement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
• Financial management experience. (Desirable)

About the Role
• Lead all non-teaching operations across finance, HR, administration, premises, health & safety, ICT, procurement, and compliance.
• Manage HR processes including recruitment, induction, appraisal, absence, payroll administration, and staff wellbeing.
• Lead and develop the school office and administrative systems, ensuring strong communication and GDPR compliance.
• Provide expert advice to the Headteacher and Governing Body on financial, resource and business matters.
• Support budget setting, financial monitoring, audit compliance and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare reports for the Governing Body, Ofsted, Local Authority and other stakeholders.
• Lead on risk management and business continuity planning.
