Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy and proactive administrator to support manufacturing operations and help drive efficiency. You will work closely with management and production teams to make sure the information is in the right hands, at the right time, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes.
What you will be doing:
You'll be a key player in supporting manufacturing delivery, system accuracy, and communication. Typical duties will include:
* Managing order related queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Chasing and sharing drawing updates, documents and process changes.
* Co-ordinating with logistics and the warehouse to support despatch planning.
* Keeping ERP/customer records clean, clear and current.
* Monitoring stock or material flags prompting the right follow up.
* Keeping customers and internal teams informed on order progress.
* Supporting project activity by liaising with shopfloor leadership.
* Helping improve how we handle internal data and documentation.
* Spotting inefficient processes or gaps, and suggesting smart fixes.
What we are looking for:
We are not just looking for a data entry clerk, this is a fast-paced, fast evolving role for someone who is:
* Organised and detail-focused, but also able to prioritise and move at speed.
* Digitally fluent, confident in Microsoft 365, and familiar with task boards.
* Comfortable with ERP/MRP systems, or keen to learn fast.
* Excellent on the phone and email, clear, polite, and able to hold people accountable professionally.
* Naturally curious, not afraid to ask questions, learn the context, and make improvements.
* Resilient and reliable, with a good memory and follow-through.
* Has experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
