About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic First Aid & Mandatory Training Instructor to join our growing training team. This role is
perfect for someone who is passionate about saving lives, confident in delivering critical life-saving skills, and loves making
training fun, engaging, and memorable.

You’ll be delivering high-quality First Aid and Mandatory Training sessions to a wide range of learners, ensuring they leave
confident, competent, and ready to act in an emergency.

What You’ll Be Teaching

* Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
* First Aid at Work (FAW)
* CPR & AED
* Paediatric First Aid (if qualified)
* Mandatory training topics (e.g. moving & handling, fire safety, basic life support,– depending on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions
* Teach critical life-saving skills with confidence and clarity
* Create a positive, supportive learning environment
* Adapt delivery styles to suit different learners
* Ensure courses meet awarding organisation and compliance standards
* Maintain accurate records and course paperwork

What We’re Looking For

* A recognised First Aid Instructor qualification
* Strong knowledge of current First Aid guidelines
* Confident, energetic, and engaging presentation style
* Passion for teaching and empowering others
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Reliability and professionalism

(Mandatory training qualifications are desirable but not essential – training may be provided for the right candidate.)
