Consequently, academic results have improved significantly since the school re-opened in 2016 and the last OFSTED inspection (2024) graded the school as good in every category.To be successful in the role, you will have:QTSDegree level qualification (subject specific)Able to teach the full range of ability 11-16Able to maintain high standards of disciplineAble to use a range of strategies to promote learningAble to manage and encourage good behaviourAble to make appropriate use of ICT for learningUnderstanding of how to use data to inform planning and improve students' performanceUnderstanding of a range of assessment for learning approaches, including grades where appropriateAble to communicate with students, parents and carers about pupil's progressPark Vale Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
