Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation where finance plays a genuine role in supporting operational decision-making. Working closely with non-finance stakeholders, you’ll provide insight, analysis and challenge to help improve performance, productivity and financial control.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

    • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business areas
    • Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
    • Produce P&L analysis, variance commentary and performance reporting on a regular basis
    • Track costs, productivity and key performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities
    • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
    • Contribute to the preparation of management reporting and KPI dashboards
    • Ensure financial data is accurate, well understood and clearly communicated

    Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner role:

      • Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role, working closely with non-finance stakeholders
      • Confident communicator who enjoys delving deep into the detail, asking questions and improving business understanding
      • Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
