To undertake periodic deep cleaning. To undertake daily recording and temperature monitoring of fridges and freezers in line with HACCP Food Safety procedures – due diligence.To ensure all of the kitchen equipment is cleaned and presented in line with guidelines set down by the College -this will include operating the pot wash area, cleaning of pots and pans, restaurant cutlery and crockery To follow a strict routine that complies with health, safety and hygiene regulationsWork flexibly and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the kitchens.To assist with other kitchen food preparation and safe storage/food packaging duties as required.
