RWR Recruiting is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our growing supply pool across Caerphilly, Newport, and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work within schools. Once registered with RWR Recruiting, candidates will be considered for a wide range of supply opportunities, and CVs will be shared with local schools as roles become available.
Available Roles: We have both part-time and full-time opportunities, including:• Part-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 11:30am
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, minimum of 37 hours per week
Opportunities are available across mainstream and specialist school settings. Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable in some of our schools we supply to.
Requirements:
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred)
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN/SEN (advantageous)
• A supportive, flexible, and reliable approach
• Confidence working with children and young people
