Teaching Assistants RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to join our friendly, hard working, supportive team. We are looking for motivated and dedicated people with vision and imagination, who are both committed to high standards of achievement and to supporting children in their learning.
We can provide an ideal environment for anyone wishing to gain experience before training for HLTA or taking the next steps into teaching. This is a highly valued and responsible role in the school. It requires a good standard of basic skills (including GCSEs in both English and Mathematics), resilience and adaptability and a positive approach with the children. You will be provided with specific in-school training sessions.

Is able to build positive relationships with young people of all abilities
Is patient, resilient and kind
Is enthusiastic about learning
Is organised and a team player but also able to use their own initiative
Has a strong “can do” attitude
Has good written and verbal communication skillsWe can offer you:

Please do come and visit our schools so you can meet the pupils, staff and governors. You will be very welcome.Please note, we reserve the right to appoint prior to the closing date and will consider applications as they are received.
