Supply Teaching Assistants – Flexible Opportunities
Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across a rural area of Gloucestershire.
We are looking for individuals who are happy to work on:Ad hoc / day-to-day bookingsShort-term placementsLonger-term roles

The Role:Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (depending on placement)Working alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging lessonsProviding 1:1 or small group support where requiredCreating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:Previous experience working with children (essential)A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitudeAbility to travel independently — drivers are strongly preferred due to limited public transport links in the area. However, if you are limited to public transport, we would still welcome a conversation and see how we can help!Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
