I am seeking a Care Home Manager for this lovely, highly regarded care home that is part of a growing and successful independent care group specialising in the care of the elderly .
You’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of this home. With strong backing from a well-resourced senior team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to develop a positive culture, deliver the highest standards of care, and build a motivated, stable workforce.
This is an exciting time in the homes development with plans for a small extension increasing bed numbers, due to the homes success
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing inspirational leadership to staff, ensuring resident well being is at the heart of everything.
Driving occupancy while maintaining excellent standards of compliance and safety.
Embedding a strong, positive culture of care, dignity, and respect.
Building trusted relationships with residents, families, regulators, and the wider community.
Overseeing budgets, staffing, audits, and quality assurance.
You will need:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential and dementia care setting.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
A track record of improving quality and driving occupancy.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
