Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet agreed targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, institutions, and partners.
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and stock planning.
- Represent the organisation at events or meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
- Mandatory experience within the Islamic publishing sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
