Summary
YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a X-Ray Operator to join our operations team for a prestigious client based in London NW10. Due to the sensitive nature of the client, a thorough 3-month vetting process will be required for the successful candidate before the start date. The role will involve navigating internal drops at the large client location. This includes moving items between various departments and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within the site.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday from 00:00 to 08:30. The salary for this position is £28,371.20 per annum, plus an additional £1,418.56 and £1040.04 per annum as a London Waiting Allowance and Market supplement respectively.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Loading and unloading X-Ray scanner by hand.
Operation of x-ray machines and successful identification of any IEDs, IIDs, sharps and anything else which could be deemed as a threat.
Assisting with all start-up, shut down and cleaning of site equipment.
Adhere to all Traffic Office functions in line with company policies and procedures
Ensure that any other reasonable tasks or requests are fulfilled to the appropriate service standards required as and when they arise.
Ensure compliance for Quality and H&S audit.
Ensure compliance with security requirements in all areas of the operation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a candidate who has had previous experience in an X-Ray Operator role, or those that are looking for a move into this field as full training is available.
Due to the nature of the role. it is also essential that you are an excellent team player with a high attention to detail. You must also be comfortable working in a fast paced, high security environment.
