Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Concrete Pump Operator to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of concrete on customers sites.
Main responsibilities
• The setting up/dismantling and operating of pumping equipment at customer sites, complying with industry safety standards
• Liaising with customers on site to determine the best solution to deliver the concrete the most effective way.
• Routine maintenance on Pump equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and completing the correct paperwork.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and wearing/using the correct personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills
• Preferable experience operating concrete pumps in a commercial setting.
• Mechanical know how to troubleshoot issues with pump machinery.
• Valid HGC class 2 driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with colleagues and customers on site.
