Your new job working as an Account Handler/Technician will be working for an established Global Lloyd's Brokers who employ over 700 employees around the world and have a global footprint across more than 150 countries. Due to expansion within the Facilities and Portfolio solution Technical Team and Broking Division, a position for an Account Handler/Technician
with experience in Binding Authorities has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as an Account Handler/Technician means that you will be responsible for providing
Broker support duties to the MGA, Portfolio Solutions Technical Team and Broking Division. You will be producing Binder MRC slips and endorsements,
as well as using Atlas and Dcom daily. One of your key responsibilities will be document creation, where you will gather information from files and use the data to complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally, including Market Reform Contracts/Endorsements using Lloyd's Crystal and QA Tools. Create profit commissions, and assist Cover holders with keeping up-to-date compliance a well as sanctions requirements. Some other responsibilities will be keeping up with compliance, fully and accurately entering, amending and submitting data on various platforms, alongside managing information, such as creating and maintaining electronic files.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of how to create Lloyd's Binding Authorities across various classes and territories alongside experience in a similar Broker Support/Broker back-up role. Experience in DCOM and ATLAS CRYSTAL reports would be beneficial. You must be able to follow processes and procedures for the production of documentation,
