• Carry out day-to-day ground maintenance works, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, and general upkeep.
• Previous groundwork experience essential.
• Undertake landscaping works, gritting, snow clearance, cleaning.
• Run and carry out ground maintenance tasks to a high standard, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.
• Use and maintain grounds maintenance equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Demonstrate knowledge of new processes and methods within grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Tree Surgeon experience (desirable)
• Always ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Report defects, hazards, and required works to supervisors or managers.
• Work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites.
