The RoleThis is a e, Full-Time position starting ASAP. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Behaviour Support Worker, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between academic instruction and emotional regulation. This is not a "standard" classroom assistant role; it requires someone who can step up to lead a class in the teacher's absence while simultaneously managing complex behavioural needs. You will be a mentor, an educator, and a pillar of support for students who require a bespoke approach to their education.

Requirements- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Passion for SEND/SEMH support

- Leading whole-class instruction
