Position: Maintenance Fitter
Location: Deeside
Hours: 6-2 and 2-10
The main role of the job is to repair and maintain a variety of Sheet Metal Working machine tools. This includes undertaking a range of hydraulic and mechanical work required to identify faults and repair issues in line with best practice and current H&S requirements. This is to ensure the works plant and equipment is maintained to the required standard to maximise availability, reliability and efficiency and to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees. You will be required to work in a safe, organised, tidy and efficient manner.
Skills and Qualifications
City and Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant maintenance subject
Mechanical fitter, experienced in hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, sensors and control systems. Time served apprentice as a maintenance fitter in an industrial environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance environment. Self-motivated, able to work under their own initiative.
