Crynodeb

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Solutions Team to provide overall operational management of an efficient and effective homelessness, Housing Registration, Allocation and Voids Management service.


The successful candidate must have detailed knowledge of current housing issues and legislation, particularly in relation to housing needs, allocations and homelessness.


You must also have:


Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and effectively with a broad range of people.

Recognised Housing related qualification or equivalent specific and relevant experience gained over a minimum period of 2 or 3 years of working in a similar environment

The ability to manage and prioritise own workloads and that of a busy team
Experience of building and maintaining working relationships with key partners

The hours of work will be 37 per week offering hybrid-working arrangements of partial home/office working.
