Responsibilities:
-Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
-Co-ordinate between departments and ensure that office is operating smoothly
-Manage the business insurance calendar, ensuring renewals are managed appropriately
-Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
-Liaise with third party providers and Directors to ensure that business needs are served at all times
-Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
-Develop office policies and procedures as required by the Directors and implement as required
-Manage the meeting room schedule and ensure resources are provided for meetings
-Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
-Provide support for team/company events, including researching venues and presenting options
-Support travel arrangements and booking for staff social events
Hours: 9am to 5pm - Monday - Friday
Salary: up to £32,000 depending on experience + pension + subsidised parking + gym membership + employee recognition awards + time off for your birthday + staff social events
