Job Title: Engineer Supervisor
Location: Dartford
Type: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: Days, 8am to 5pm with flexible start and end times
Salary: £50,000 per annum

My client is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their manufacturing team in Dartford. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, while maintaining safe running of the site.
Further tasks include:
- Oversee engineering department performing planned and reactive maintenance
- 70% hands on, 30% management
- Act as a support to production team and reduce downtime
- Correctly fault find on PLCs and electrical systems
- Perform repairs on inverters, cable selection and lead small projects
Requirements:
- Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
