Neway International are seeking a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our client Camden Council.
Location: Holmes Road Depot
Hours: 36 per week (09:00–17:30)
Start Date: 05 March 2025

The Role
The Multi Skilled Tradesperson will carry out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across multiple trade disciplines. Work will include routine reactive repairs, large‑scale programmed refurbishment, and occupational therapy adaptations within occupied and void housing properties, as well as other council‑owned premises.
The post holder will be expected to deliver all works to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on completing tasks Right First Time.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across a variety of trade areas.
Deliver both reactive and planned works, including refurbishment and adaptation projects.
Work within occupied homes, void properties, and other council buildings.
Ensure all works meet current standards, regulations, and best trade practice.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work flexibly and adaptively to meet service needs and tenant requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a multi‑skilled tradesperson across a range of building disciplines.
Ability to deliver high‑quality work in line with regulations and best practice.
Strong customer service approach with a commitment to completing works efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
