About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional personal assistant to provide professional and high‑level support to our Executive Leadership Team.
In this pivotal role, you will be a main point of contact for internal colleagues, students and external visitors—representing our organisation with confidence, warmth and professionalism at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in complex, confidential and fast‑moving administrative environments—ideally within a large organisation or education setting—who is looking for a rewarding and influential role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing seamless, high‑quality administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
Coordinating diaries, meetings and events with precision and forward-thinking
Handling highly confidential information with absolute professionalism
Building strong relationships with staff, students and external stakeholders
Preparing reports, documentation and communications to support strategic priorities
Acting as an ambassador for the Executive Team—ensuring a positive, professional and welcoming experience for all visitors

Brings strong, proven administrative experience—ideally at executive or senior leadership level
Has worked within fast‑paced, high‑confidentiality environments
Loves problem‑solving, organising and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Is resilient, adaptable and thrives under pressure
