Crynodeb
To understand the requirements of local healthcare providers and provide recommendations and advice on the best-fit systems integration developments for their service needs. To investigate Requests for Service and/or Change Control Notifications for systems integration developments, by means of meetings and/or telephone calls, and produce a report itemising the requirements in a format that is easily understandable to the user. Provide a support function with the Trusts System Integration and Application Support environment liaising with the Integration Team and Application Support Team. Provide a support function related to Trusts electronic document delivery strategy liaising with GP providers and partner Trusts. Provide a support function for the Trusts EPR system liaising with healthcare providers and members of the Informatics Team. Represent the Trust in System User Groups and to ensure that the Trusts interests are communicated to a wider system user base.
