Summary
With established skills in multidisciplinary team working, you will join the senior clinical team in our dynamic Hospice Service, contributing to the frontline duties of our St Lukes consultants. These duties include serving as consultant of the day for Community and the In-Patient Centre on a rotational basis with colleagues, as well as acting as the designated responsible consultant for one or more areas of the clinical service as required. Opportunities for rotation through St Lukes clinical services are available if desired. You will be part of the Sheffield Specialist Palliative Medicine team, providing consultant-led on-call clinical cover, ensuring the highest possible standard of medical care. This role takes a holistic approach, addressing patients emotional, social and spiritual needs, while supporting and refining our case management and a collaborative, multi-professional approach across clinical settings in Sheffield.
