Crynodeb
1. Providing direct leadership and management for the MHSD service, including line management of a designated group of the whole IAP workforce. 2. Maintaining operational oversight of day-to-day service delivery across the IAP. 3. Ensuring a resilient, effective and engaged workforce through recruitment, retention and staff development initiatives. 4. Fostering a supportive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement. 5. Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team on service development and innovation. 6. Leading on quality improvement, auditing and service evaluation for the MHSD. 7. Supporting complex operational decision-making when requiredmanaging workforce planning, including rostering, sickness absence, and performance. 8. Overseeing staff engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies. 9. Representing the IAP in stakeholder engagement with key stakeholders. 10. Working in partnership with 999, 111 and urgent care services to enhance mental health crisis provision. 11. Contributing to the wider strategic development of the IAP model.
