Do you see yourself in a graduate role?

Salary: Base salary of £30,000 + *5% South East location (*if based in Aldermaston) weighting plus Veolia Benefits Package

Location: Aldermaston RG7 8PA or Tidworth SP9 7AW, with expectation of travel typically in Wiltshire and Berkshire

Programme Duration: 2-year programme.



Candidate shortlisting will take place in February, with assessment days taking place in March

Graduate Programme;



During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

  • Assist Project Managers in successfully delivering water projects within the Construction Team.
  • Work with internal specialist teams and external supply chain partners.
  • Support construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Implement project management techniques and processes.
  • Review project programmes, risks, costs, and margins.
  • Track expenditure, review invoices, and support regular project reporting (time, cash flow, budget, risks).
  • Work across multiple projects, typically around 2 months in duration, ranging from 1 week to 12 months.



What we're looking for;

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering or similar; Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Construction and the Built Environment, Structural Engineering (to be achieved by September 2026)
  • Project Management experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
