Duties of the Church Music Minister:

- Planning of Church Programs and Activities focusing on Music and Worship
- Coordination of the Music, Choir, and Worship Units of the church
- Leading the Church’s Music and Worship programs
- Coordinate weekly rehearsals of the choir and instrumentalists
- Instructing and teaching musical instruments
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required for the Church Music Director:
- The post occupier must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- A strong personal Christian faith.
- A good knowledge of Church Music and Afro-Christian Songs
- Knowledge of at least 2 musical instruments
- Ability to teach some musical instruments
- An ability to work within and maintain professional boundaries when working with people.
- Understanding and knowledge of confidentiality and safeguarding issues.
- A commitment and ability to work with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
