Learning Mentor

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Learning Mentor to join our extensive Pastoral team based at Highfield Primary School. As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils' welfare and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide mentoring to pupils, focusing on their personal and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Be responsible for supporting with whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in mentoring and supporting pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
