Job Description:
Are you an experienced Complex Support Worker in the Plymouth area and able to work 28-36 hours plus sleep shifts? The role of a Complex Support Worker requires supporting individuals with varying levels of challenging behaviours which will be safely managed by multiple staff to person ratio along with systems to support the person’s needs with a positive approach. You will be trained to a high level from mandatory training, right through to safety intervention training.
Other responsibilities will include assisting the client to access the community, maintain their tenancies and pay bills etc.
Rate of Pay:
Complex Days - £13.05/hour
Sleep in: £74 each
Shift pattern:
8:00-22:00 and sleep in shift between 22:00 and 08:00
Contracted hours: 28-36 hrs per week
Location: Plymouth
