This role will lead the day-to-day development of proposals for South West Hertfordshire Health and Care Partnership (SWHHCP) neighbourhood health centres, including the Hemel Health Campus development and to work with partners to support the development of an associated model of care for the provision of health and care services across four neighbourhoods and to identify suitable locations, size and space for neighbourhood health centres which will enable effective delivery of the proposed model of care.

All these initiatives set out to provide modern and localised hospital services for patients and staff.

Leadership of the neighbourhood health centre business case processes will include the project management and delivery of detailed feasibility studies, Strategic Outline Business Cases, Outline Business Cases and Full Business Cases which fully examine the options for proposed developments of new neighbourhood health centres and also fully examine options utilising and developing NHS land and assets that bring together local services (primary and secondary care).
