Action Staffing Ltd is urgently seeking qualified and experienced Childcare Professionals to join premier Early Years settings across the South East. We are looking for dedicated Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators who are passionate about delivering the EYFS framework to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities & Keywords
EYFS Excellence: Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through engaging and creative play-based learning.
Key Person Role: Conduct developmental observations, assessments, and progress tracking for children aged 0-5.
Child Development: Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional and educational growth.
Safeguarding: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards in line with nursery policies and Ofsted requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Early Years.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a UK nursery or preschool setting.
Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and a deep understanding of safeguarding and SEN support.
Target Areas: We are specifically looking for candidates based in Bexley, Welling, Dartford, and the London Borough of Greenwich.
