Your responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes
Support with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
Maintain accurate records and care plans
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Travel to client locations, providing reliable and timely care
Follow all safeguarding and safety protocols.

Ability to work every other weekend.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
