Summary

You will support learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey, delivering training, assessment, and Essential Skills while ensuring high standards and compliance with awarding bodies, Welsh Government requirements, Estyn’s Common Inspection Framework, and ACT policies.
This is a field-based role, involving workplace visits and virtual delivery, supported by strong systems, quality processes, and a collaborative team.

ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.

What we need from you:

• At least 5 years’ occupational experience in Childcare and Play work
• A minimum Level 3 occupational qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong organisation, communication and IT skills
• Demonstrate ACT’s behaviour framework in their day-to-day practice
• A learner-centred approach with the ability to motivate and empower others
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one
