Fresh Start Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a local electronic manufacturing company from its modern automated facility in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
We are currently looking to recruit Assembly Operatives to support the ongoing growth of the company. If you are looking for a career opportunity where you can grow with the business, this is the job for you!
**Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance. **
The Role and Responsibilities:
• Operating specialised machinery
• Assembly of electronic equipment
• Quality checking
• Following process instructions carefully
• Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
• Usage of specialised tools to complete orders
Person Specification:
• No previous experience required — comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Hand soldering and assembly experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet daily production demands
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
