Key Responsibilities Create and publish regular LinkedIn posts (company page and personal profiles if required) Actively comment on and engage with relevant LinkedIn posts to increase visibility and reach Manage a weekly email campaign (1x per week), adapting content to primary care language and tone Generate and nurture leads, specifically GPs, PCNs, and Practice Managers Repurpose content across LinkedIn posts, comments, and email newsletters Create basic graphics and visuals to support posts and campaigns Schedule content once approved Maintain a simple content and activity tracker (Google Sheets or Notion) What This Role Is Not No ownership of overall marketing strategy No clinical, NHS, or product decision making No senior creative or brand director responsibilities What Were Looking For Strong experience in digital marketing, with a LinkedIn first approach Preference for candidates with LinkedIn specialist experience Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for primary care audiences Experience running email marketing campaigns Comfortable engaging and commenting publicly on LinkedIn Able to create simple, clean designs for social posts Reliable, responsive, and detail oriented Comfortable working from briefs, bullet points, or rough ideas
