Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor for new build properties, you would lead the sales process, guiding prospective homeowners from initial enquiry through to completion. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and showcasing properties to ensure a tailored and engaging experience. By building strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams, this position ensures a smooth and positive journey for every buyer. Through a customer-focused approach and a deep knowledge of the properties, the Sales Advisor helps drive sales and strengthens the company's reputation for delivering quality homes.

Requirements:

  • Preferably have a full UK driving license
  • Loves a challenge and is resilient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays
