Mitie is looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Cleaner, to join our cleaning team. You will work closely with the Cleaning Team Leader to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Work alongside the Cleaning Team Leader to deliver cleaning services to a high standard
-Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order
-Meet all agreed SLAs and performance standards
-Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including:
-What tasks need to be completed
-When work needs to be carried out
-All cleaning equipment and chemicals used on site
-Follow all Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures at all times
-Undertake and successfully complete all training required to deliver the cleaning role
-Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and colleagues
-Deliver excellent customer service, always seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations

-Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
-Good awareness of Health & Safety practices (training provided)
-Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
-Commitment to completing required training
