We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

-Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.

-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.

-Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.

-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.

-Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
