We are looking for someone with the right experience and dedication to work with our children with Special Educational Needs and join our passionate staff team.

This is an exciting time to be considering a career with us as the school continues to go from strength to strength. We are looking for a leader who wants to be part of a dynamic and exciting learning environment and who will bring new initiatives and challenges to everyone in our school, whilst being inclusive, reflective and decisive in their leadership.

The successful applicant working closely alongside the CEO, will have overall responsibility for leadership and management of the school, and will lead with courage, integrity and passion, be resilient and confident, and will be able to demonstrate experience of leading, managing, motivating and supporting school staff, while developing good working relationships with children, parents and carers and the wider professionals who form part of our unique provision here at Talbot House.

If you share our values and believe in the potential of every child, we’d love to hear from you. We warmly encourage you to come and visit, to see for yourself what makes Talbot House such a special place to lead, learn and grow.
