TeacherActive is working closely with a further education provider in Shrewsbury to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Lecturer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging Business programmes and support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Business Studies (BTEC / A Level / FE pathways)

  
  

• Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum

  
  

• Support and motivate learners to achieve positive outcomes

  
  

• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement

  
  

  The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience teaching Business within an FE setting

    
    

  • Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

    
    

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

    
    

  • A learner-focused, professional approach
