Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking an experience Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 6.00pm on a rota basis, some Saturdays on a rota and 2 bank holidays per year.
As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small customer service team, being involved in coaching and mentoring, development and training, setting KPI’s for your team. acting as an escalation point for complex queries or complaints, recruitment with the team, assisting in the delivery of a top class customer service experience for internal and external contacts.
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Manager, you will have previous experience of managing / supervising a small customer service team, experience of growing and developing a team, strong written and verbal communication skills, intermediate level Excel for reporting purposes, excellent time management skills and will be highly organised.
In return our client is offering a starting salary up to £32,000 depending on level of experience, pension, onsite parking, 34 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, social events, excellent working environment, training an development opportunities.
