Introduction
This placement supports Haringey Learns in tracking learner outcomes and improving data processes to support education and employment pathways.
Placement Purpose and Requirements
Duties will include:
• Conduct follow-up calls with learners to gather progression data
• Record outcomes securely and accurately
• Input and maintain data in MIS, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Prepare reports and summaries
• Support analysis of learner trends
• Liaise with tutors and staff for data accuracy
• Provide admin support to the Quality Manager
Experience & Qualifications:
You do not need any previous experience; however, the placement must be relevant to your future career goals.
We are looking for someone who will commit to the full length of the placement with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, take instructions, and work in a diverse cultural environment.

We are looking for someone with:
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and handle sensitive data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Support During Placement:
You will receive 1-1 guidance, attend an induction day, and receive training in safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, and IT packages.
