Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Days – £22 per hour – Beautiful Purpose-Built Home

What You’ll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Strong clinical background and post-qualification experience
  • Experience working within a nursing home environment
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced day shift and make sound clinical decisions
  • Must be able to drive due to limited public transport
  • We cannot accept newly qualified Nurses for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment.
  • Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence.
  • Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents.
  • Use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs and escalate when required.
  • Support residents and families with clear communication and a professional approach.
