What You’ll Need:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical background and post-qualification experience
- Experience working within a nursing home environment
- Ability to manage a fast-paced day shift and make sound clinical decisions
- Must be able to drive due to limited public transport
- We cannot accept newly qualified Nurses for this role

- Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment.
- Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence.
- Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents.
