Crynodeb
You will provide a full range of NHS services to patients registered at the practice including clinical exam, diagnosis and making referrals when appropriate. You will carry out face to face and telephone consultations, home visits, checking and signing prescriptions, dealing with queries, following up results, paperwork and correspondence. Alongside this you will work as part of the partnership team, leading and shaping the future of the practice and after a settling in period, there will be an expectation that you will take on a key role for the practice.
