Care Team Manager

Full-time

Weekdays and alternate weekends required

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the home and all its services operate in compliance with company policies and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including managing the home during shifts.
• Undertake a range of care and housekeeping duties while promoting residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Ensure domestic tasks are completed to meet health and safety standards.
• Adhere to the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures at all times.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team by example.
• Enhance the quality of life for all residents and maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the home.

Essential Qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Care
• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
