Powder Coater
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater for our client based in Pershore. No previous experience is required as full training is provided, and you will learn the role on the job. Candidates with a manufacturing or machine‑operating background will be highly desirable.
Your Role as a Powder Coater
- Learning powder coating processes on the go
- Working within a manufacturing environment
- Preparing products for coating
- Supporting machine operation where required
- Maintaining safe working practices
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
- No direct powder‑coating experience required
- Manufacturing or machine‑operating background desirable
- Willingness to learn and follow set procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and reliable
- Positive team‑focused attitude
Pay & Shifts
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 15:00
- 30‑minute unpaid break each day
- £12.21 per hour
