About Dimensions
At Dimensions, your wellbeing matters. Rooted in respect and integrity, we'll support you in staying healthy, feeling balanced, and having the flexibility you need to live well - both inside and outside of work. With courage to keep improving and compassion at our core, we'll provide the care and practical support that help you bring your best self to every moment. Because when you live well and work well, everyone benefits - including the people we support.
About the role
- Support Worker
- Melton Constable, Norfolk
- £14.90 per hour
- Full Manual UK/EU Driving Licence + Access to Own Car Required
- Full time and part time contracts considered.
We are seeking a patient, resilient and values-led Support Worker to join our team in Melton Constable. You will be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who lives in his own home and requires 24-hour support. His home includes a separate staff sleep-in room for overnight support.
He is supported 2:1 during the day and evening, reducing to 1:1 overnight, with the second staff member returning at 9am. The role includes full personal care, medication support, meal preparation, attending appointments, and encouraging independence in daily routines.
He has a wide range of interests exploring churches, going on walks, sports, weekly swimming (so being able to swim is preferred), meals out, shows, theme parks, music, and holidays away with his team. He plays the guitar and organ, so an ability to play guitar would be an advantage.
This role requires full flexibility across earlies, lates, long days, and every other weekend, with at least one sleep-in per week. You must also be confident travelling to nearby areas including Buxton, Coltishall and Norwich.
About You
We welcome both experienced support workers and people new to care who share our values and are ready to learn. Dimensions recruits based on values, not prior experience, providing full training and ongoing development.
You'll be a great fit if you are:
- Calm, patient, and resilient when supporting someone who may express themselves through behaviours of distress.
- Able to build trust, communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs.
- Confident working flexibly across all shift types including sleep-ins.
- Comfortable with personal care and full daily living support.
- A confident driver with a full manual licence.

- A competitive payrate with uplift for overtime you chose to work.
- 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays - pro rata).

- High Street Discounts - Retail and Entertainment (supermarkets, hospitality, pubs, cinema etc.)
