Thank you for taking an interest in our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and talented person to join us and work within our Student Services team. You should have a passion for supporting and challenging students to achieve their best possible outcomes through inclusive learning
across Key Stage 3 and 4.
We offer you an exciting opportunity to work with a team of like-minded people in supporting the learning of identified students with an Education Health & Care Plan or a medical plan across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whilst the school has a relentless focus on high expectations and aspirations, we are proud to provide a happy and nurturing environment, so that as well as maturing into well-rounded, confident young people, our students develop a passion for learning.
We are looking for a candidate who:
• has enthusiasm and a strong commitment to the achievement, safeguarding and welfare of all students
• has humour, perspective and an ability to bring out the best in others
• has excellent communication skills and high expectations of behaviour
• is flexible, accommodating and a team-player
• is an inclusive individual, with high expectations of all students and is committed to all students reaching their full potential
• will support the school’s staff in understanding and meeting the needs of students to promote progress and positive outcomes
