To co-ordinate all appointments in a timely manner. To track, locate, file and retrieve case notes. To prepare and provide case notes for clinics. To input and extract data from the Health Boards Myrddin CIS System (and other systems related to Endoscopy as required to meet the needs of the service). To file documentation in an accurate and timely manner. To postpone and reschedule follow-up appointments and monitor cancelled and reduced follow-up patient clinics. Provide a high quality reception service for all patients.
